1. Cucumber And Kiwi Juice
A tall glass of refreshing after spa drink with the tanginess of Thai ginger, cucumbers and kiwi. Topped with bean sprouts.



Ingredients Of Cucumber And Kiwi Juice
•        4 Kiwi fruit
•        2 cucumbers
•        1/2 inch piece Galangal or ginger crushed
•        Pepper to taste salt to taste
•        2 celery sticks as stirrers
•        2 scoops crushed ice
•        1 cup water
•        Sprouts to garnish

How to Make Cucumber and Kiwi Juice
1.Peel the fruits and cut into small pieces.
2.Chill for 1 hour.
3.Take a powerful blender add crushed ice and water.
4.Drop all the fruits in the blender and blend at high speed for 1 minute.
5.Pour into tall glasses and garnish with sprouts.


2.Olive And Peppers Salad
This amazingly healthy and delicious Greek-inspired salad recipe is what you need to satiate your hunger without compromising on the taste buds. Olive and pepper salad is a simple mix of ripe olives with veggies, seasoned with just the right amount of lemon juice and spices to have a fresh and tangy taste.




Ingredients Of Olive And Peppers Salad
•        1/2 Cup Ripe olives
•        1 Red bell pepper (1/4-inch cubes), chopped
•        2 Capsicum (cut in roundels)
•        Cucumber (seeds removed and cut into 1/4-inch cubes)
•        2 Tbsp Lemon juice
•        1/4 Cup Garlic infused with olive oil
•        To taste Salt
•        To taste Black pepper (freshly cracked)

How to Make Olive and Peppers Salad
1. In a medium bowl, toss together olives, lemon juice and olive oil infused garlic to make vinaigrette.
2. In a plate, arrange roundels of capsicum and cucumber neatly, sprinkle lemon juice and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
3. Right before serving pour vinaigrette over olive mixture and serve.



3. Low Fat Butter Chicken 
Here is the recipe of a low fat butter chicken. It's not at all rich but is yummy and quick to make. Get the flavours of butter chicken without any butter.



Ingredients Of Low Fat Butter Chicken
•        400 gm chicken sliced / chunks
•        4 large onions
•        2-3 cinnamon sticks
•        4 laung / cloves
•        2 tej pata / bay leaf
•        1 Tbsp garlic paste
•        2 cardamom
•        5-6 (or one tin) large red tomatoes
•        Salt to taste
•        1/2 tsp red chilli or more if you want it really spicy
•        1/2 tsp coriander powder
•        1/4 tsp haldi / turmeric
•        3-4 green chillies slit from the middle and de seeded
•        Fresh coriander for garnish
•        1/4 cup yogurt/curd
•        2 tsp oil

How to Make Low Fat Butter Chicken
1.Take a pan and put 2 tsp oil. Not too much cause there will be oil coming out of chicken as well.
2.Now add onion cut in long slices, cinnamon, tej pata, cardamom, garlic paste. Saute all this in oil nicely til the onion gets little brown.
3.close your gas and let the onions cool. Once they are little cool, churn / blend all this with chopped tomatoes and the curd / yogurt till you have a smooth paste.
4.Note: Do not wash the pan in which onion was cooked before and let the left over oil of onions be in the pan.
5.Now take the earlier pan and saute chicken in left over oil of onion.
6.After chicken is almost done, add the onion, tomato/curd paste with chicken and cook.
7.Add salt to taste, red chilli, coriander powder, haldi, green chillies.
8.Finally let chicken get cook until the oil comes out and starts floating on the top.
9.The color of the tomatoes should change to a nice red by now.
10.Garnish it with coriander before serving.


4. Flax Seed Raita
Flax seeds are one of the richest sources of omega 3 fatty acids, which is essential to build immunity, prevent heart ailments. Combine it with calcium-rich curds to make a delectable Flax Seed Raita. Bottlegourd and mint leaves gives a fresh flavour to the healthy and delicious dish. Ingredients Of Flax Seed Raita
•        1 Cup Bottle gourd, grated
•        1 Cup Curd (low fat)
•        1/2 Cup Mint leaves, finely chopped
•        1 1/2 Tbsp Cumin seeds (coarsely ground), roasted
•        To taste Salt
•        1 Cup Water

How to Make Flax Seed Raita
1.Combine the bottle guard with water. Cover and cook on a medium flame for 4 minutes.
2.Combine all the ingredients, including the cooked bottle gourd in a deep bowl and mix well.
3.Refrigerate for at least 1 hour and serve chilled.


5. Olive Paratha
A quick and easy fix for those untimely hunger pangs. Loaded with the goodness of olives, munch on these parathas anytime of the day!


Ingredients Of Olive Paratha 
•        100 gms green and black olives
•        50 gms capers
•        500 gms flour
•        2-3 green chillies
•        4-5 garlic
•        Basil
•        1 Tbsp sesame seeds
•        Red chilli flakes
•        Olive oil

How to Make Olive Paratha 
1.Add together olives, capers, green chillies, garlic, basil, sesame and red chilli flakes to flour,
2.To this, add water, mix and work into the dough,
3.Once ready, roll into parathas and fry it with olive oil.


6. Watermelon Ice Lolly 
Quench your thirst with this easy-to-make lollies loaded with watermelon, lemon and orange juice and freshness of mint leaves.



Ingredients Of Watermelon Ice Lolly 
•        1 kg watermelon
•        8-10 mint leaves
•        1 tsp honey
•        1 cup orange juice
•        1 tsp lemon juice

How to Make Watermelon Ice Lolly 
1.Blend together - watermelon, mint leaves, honey, orange juice & lemon Juice.
2.Pour liquid in an ice cream mould & allow it to freeze.
